Life Science has not only changed my life - it gave me my life back. I went to treatment in March of 2016 and have not used since. I loved how it was in a nice home in a beautiful woodsy area. I was able to go for walks/runs and finally get some fresh air. It taught me a lot on mindfulness and introduced me to the 12 step programs. I spent 3 months at Life Science and loved every moment. Marjorie and the entire staff genuinely care about their patients. You’ll receive highly qualified support from medical professionals with a passion for addiction and rehabilitation. The centre is a beautiful residential home in a rural setting where you don’t feel like you’re in an institutional facility. You’ll have access to walks through the surrounding forests, trips to the horse stables, nightly A.A meetings, one-on-one therapy sessions with Dr.Perry & Francis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) workshops, trips to Montreal, the gym and other various daily outings. I speak from personal experience having been to an institutional facility prior to my stay at Life Science. I realize that detox is different from rehabilitation and Life Science provides exceptional services in both areas. Marjorie and her staff will help you every step of the way on your journey to recovery. I wouldn’t have my life back on track without the help and support I received from Life Science. “it works if you work it, so work it you’re worth it!”
